In the End 02:41
everything is quiet nothing comes to mind i know this nicotine will be by my side slowing down my heart increasing my high as i sit here and wait for america to die hairline is receding blood flow starts flowing ever so slowly my skull will cave in my lungs will collapse i'll just be a memory of what i thought i had the big big spenders, go on destroying lives a mother sits with her child and slowly starts to cry
2.
hundred thousand miles down a hundred thousand to go doesn't matter how hot doesn't matter how cold she doesn't care who i am she doesn't want to know if i ain't got anything i've got this lonesome road is there anybody out there who can make me smile for one day i'd give you everything. give you little hope and faith and a little bit of change c'mon babe what do you say? everyone in this town is already dead lets leave, lets leave, we can fucking split then we can make it to the end. but in the end where do you and i begin? hundred thousand miles down a hundred thousand to go doesn't matter how hot doesn't matter how cold she doesn't care who i am she doesn't want to know if i ain't got anything i've got these songs i wrote i'm so sick and tired of all this punk rock apathy this is pointless it has nothin' to do with me. even though i'm always the odd man out, the loner kid whose lost and doesn't wanna be found around this town hundred thousand miles down a hundred thousand to go doesn't matter how hot doesn't matter how cold she doesn't care who i am she doesn't want to know if i ain't got anything i've got this lonesome road
3.
this is for every dirty punk whose fed himself from a trash bin and against every other kid who thought he was better than him. here's to songs about trains and leaving this place although we rarely do. hey they're good songs so i'll sing along and wish we would follow them through. here's to spangin' for change in the heat all day and leaving with 56 cents. to singing songs in the park getting drunk after dark and living beyond life's fence to guitars with four strings and not knowing how to sing and playing each show for free singing what you know screaming from your heart and never lying through your teeth some say not to rebel or revolt others insist we must in times like this and in days like these who can you trust? NOBODY! well for every anarcho, i say we burn it down another week has passed i dont see any rubble on the ground to the kids with the cabbie hats and the fucked up attitudes to the alcoholics, the drug addicts and your grandma too up the punx and the skins LETS EAT THE RICH in the h-town circle pit! here's to tonight with you by my side and we're still singing humanicide "cut off your arms"
4.
Only Human 03:19
sometimes i wish that breathing could be simple thats when you realize you can wish for a lot of things thats why wishing is only in our dreams i sit back and watch the cities drown beneath the clouds and the sky. the mountains begin to crumble into the oceanside the words i preach evaporate into the air we breathe i will flourish into this life that we lead for i am only human. human is just a word. if you are still listening i guess you haven't heard. they say the revolutions coming i am still sitting on my ass waiting for the day to dawn for tomorrow is all i have so your talking revolution? your talking about leaving this place? go into the unknown where the morning forever blows just take me, just take me away. so your talking revolution? your talking about leaving this place? if you've got a ticket for two and need some company i guess we'll be leaving today
